I can't believe I'm on post number 666! When I closed Tomb Of DVD down and figured I'd just do a blog instead, I never thought it would get this far. If you are reading this, or check in here every so often, I want to thank you for your time and I hope to double this number in the future. Raise the horns and WOE be to the average reader of blogs, for you have found us in the Tomb...celebrating 666!

Devil Hunter Eats Your Skin!
I was thrilled to have the VCI release of SWAMP OF THE RAVENS show up at my door last week, but before I even got to that one I realized there was a nice looking print of I EAT YOUR SKIN / ZOMBIE on the disc! Well, I couldn't pass that up-and while the movie is certainly slow in spots and sags beneath the unbelievably melodramatic music, it does have some cool zombies and fun characters that make it worth a watch.
But this time I noticed that the zombies sure do look like old Ping Pong Eyes from Jess Franco's classic bit of Jungle Trash, DEVIL HUNTER! Check it out...

My favorite part of Halloween
I love the movies, the all to brief love for the horror genre that gets shown and the candy! But what I really love is the point in my life I'm at that lets me snap pictures like this. My daughter LOVED the little ghosts dancing around the "spooooky" tree!
Not only that, but being part of the little ones first experiences are great. My daughter loves M&Ms, and she was shocked to find her favorite little candies "haunted by Peanut Butter Ghosts!" when she tried her first Reese's Pieces bite. The little firsts make the day great.
Being a HorrorDad rocks.
